Hindmarsh Estate is a land subdivision in Murray Bridge, 45 minutes from Adelaide. The site is approved for 94 lots at an average of 600m2. The developer plans to develop and sell the estate over 5 stages and is expecting to have completed the development by July 2023.

Planning

Design work for stage 3, 4 & 5 was approved in November 2022.

Construction

Civil construction for stages 1 & 2 is forecasted to be completed in January 2023. The Civil construction for stage 3, 4, 5 is forecasted to commence early-mid 2023.

Marketing & Sales

All lots for stage 1 & 2 are now under contract with more than 50% unconditional contracts. The sales launch for stage 3, 4, 5 commenced in October 2022. Due to high demand in the area, this has been a great result for the project. The estate is targeted towards an audience of small families, couples and retirees looking for the combination of good location, affordable price and spacious allotment size.
