111 Ormond is a luxury development of two townhouses and a penthouse apartment located at 111 Ormond Esplanade, a premier piece of real estate located in Elwood’s ‘Golden Mile’. The project is currently in the planning stage and permit to be submitted to council in the month of February.
PLANNING
All necessary documentation relating to the development application has been completed. The team are now awaiting final supporting documentation from the sustainability designer which is expected in the first week of February. Once all supporting documents have been received the team will be in a position to submit the planning permit application to the Council.
CONSTRUCTION
Construction is yet to commence. No significant changes to timeline, with construction estimated to begin in December 2022.
MARKETING & SALES
Marketing campaigns are yet to commence. The team have engaged Torsten Kasper from Chisholm & Gammon, a local prestige real estate agent to drive an effective sales and marketing campaign, optimised for the target demographic and will be working closely with Torsten to ensure we hit the desired end sale value.
