The River Glen Project is located on the Clarence River, in the Northern New South Wales Yamba Region. The site is approved for 177 Lots comprising a mix of residential lots, duplex lots and townhouses.

PLANNING

Detailed design for stage 1 is now complete. Consultants are engaged to complete the detailed design for stage 2 and 3 and obtain CC as set out in the program.

CONSTRUCTION

Construction is estimated to commence in July 2022.

MARKETING & SALES

The marketing strategy was planned in three phases; soft pre-launch to local agents, targeted campaign to local and national builders and full national release of the estate. The team have implemented a very targeted and carefully managed marketing and sales soft premarket campaign. The results have been incredible making this project one of the fastest selling projects in the region.
