The River Glen Project is located on the Clarence River, in the Northern New South Wales Yamba Region. Planning

The team have completed the detailed design for stage 1 and targeting settlement for stage 1 in June 2024.

Construction

Due to funding delays, the construction is estimated to begin mid 2023.

Marketing & Sales

The marketing strategy was planned in three phases; soft pre-launch to local agents, targeted campaign to local and national builders and full national release of the estate. The team have implemented a very targeted and carefully managed marketing and sales soft premarket campaign.
