- Worked collaboratively with external agencies and architects, Bayley Ward to finalise the first drafts of the architectural designs and distribute to all the consultants who are involved in the project.
- The development application documents are currently being underway.
- In the process of of compiling the documents that will make up the Development Application submission to council and anticipate this submission taking place in January 2022.

No changes to timeline. Still on track for project completion in January 2023.

SALES & MARKETING
No sales at present. The team have engaged Torsten Kasper from Chisholm & Gammon, a local prestige real estate agent to drive an effective sales and marketing campaign, optimised for the target demographic and will be working closely with Torsten to ensure they hit the desired end sale value.
