The development will meet these standards at the High Physical Support level of categorisation.
PLANNING
Since the acquisition of the property the consultant team have commenced the conceptual works with the aim to submit a Town Planning submission. Further consultant advice may be required to progress the appropriate documentation and reports within the submission.
CONSTRUCTION
Construction is estimated to begin April 2022. The development team have provided for sufficient contingencies in the costings and also in the initial construction budget which is based off a similar building being constructed by the builders in recent times.
