The project brief stands to allow for a residential land subdivision at 207 Troups Road, Mt. Atkinson. The address of the acquired 88,800m2 (8.88ha) lot of an existing single holding site is to provide a land subdivision development that fits within the surrounding and growing towns character and abutting other residential sites all in accordance with the requirements of the existing precinct structure plan.

Planning permit is ready for approval pending Cultural Heritage Management Plan (CHMP) being resolved.

Construction

Civil construction for stage 1 & 2 is forecasted to commence October 2023.

Project has yet to be officially launched to the market, however the full launch shall occur once the website becomes live and completed. To date there are 39 unconditional sales.
