The project brief stands to allow for a residential land subdivision at 207 Troups Road, Mt. Atkinson. The address of the acquired 88,800m2 (8.88ha) lot of an existing single holding site is to provide a land subdivision development that fits within the surrounding and growing towns character and abutting other residential sites all in accordance with the requirements of the existing precinct structure plan.

Planning

The project is currently in the early stages of the of the detailed design phase. The planning permit remains pending on the now in progress Cultural Heritage Management Plan. It stands that the team have negotiated with Council as a compromise that a final draft set of a Planning Permit be received until an approved CHMP is obtained so that engineering design, surveying works and the project launch regarding land sales are not delayed.

Construction

Construction is estimated to commence in March 2023.

Marketing & Sales

Project is yet to be released to the market, however the pre-release exclusive authority period has commences via the Sales Channel for Stages 1 & 2. Physical marketing including banners, billboards, staging and masterplan board has been procured for site and set to be installed by end of July 2022.
