The project brief stands to allow for a residential land subdivision at 207 Troups Road, Mt. Atkinson. The address of the acquired 88,800m2 (8.88ha) lot of an existing single holding site is to provide a land subdivision development that fits within the surrounding and growing towns character and abutting other residential sites all in accordance with the requirements of the existing precinct structure plan.

Planning

Planning permit is ready for approval pending Cultural Heritage Management Plan (CHMP) being resolved by end of May 2023.

The detailed design stage is finished and shall now be submitted to council once a planning permit has been obtained.

Construction

Civil construction for stage 1 & 2 is forecasted to commence October 2023.

Marketing & Sales

Project has yet to be officially launched to the market, however the full launch shall occur once the website becomes live and completed. To date there are 41 unconditional sales.
