314 Bell St, Preston, is the Equisent Groups flagship development to facilitate delivery of a housing project within the City of Darebin, to be solely comprised of Specialist Disability Housing and DDA compliant housing to be subject of NDIS funding and managed by a registered housing association. This will support and facilitate specialist housing and care facilities for vulnerable residents.
Planning
Before construction commences, the amended plans must be submitted and approved by the Responsible Authority. The team will continue to assist RFIs on the design process while working through AS4300 amendments.
Construction
Slight delays with drafting the building contract. Construction forecasted to commence in August 2023.

Given the strong demand and requirement for NDIS facilities across Australia, once the advertising campaigns have commenced, the marketing team believe the demand for the apartments will be high. Advertising campaigns forecasted to begin once construction has commenced.
