The Pappy’s Beach Estate Development is a prestige residential subdivision located on the beach at Shoal Point, Mackay Queensland. The project is scheduled to be constructed over 45 months with 8 separate land release stages.
PLANNING
Consultants have been engaged for the design submission and approval of design works relating to Stage 2B. It is anticipated submission will be made to Council during the month of May.
CONSTRUCTION
Stage 2A construction is well underway with works progressing generally in accordance with the original construction schedule. Some minor delays are due to wet weather, council approvals, and four public holidays within April.
MARKETING & SALES
The marketing team is ramping up the advertising on various mediums including social media, television, radio, and billboards across the Mackay region. The team is confident that sales will continue to increase in May. Currently, the project has reached $13,685,500 in Expression of Interests.
