It is anticipated the development scheme can deliver 5 townhouses. Careful consideration has been taken in determining the most appropriate floor plate to meet the market demand and targeted price points. This will be a mix of 3-bedroom x 2 bathrooms and 4-bedroom x 3 bathrooms.

PLANNING
The consultant team has been working on concept drawings. So far, the design is within the council policies constraints and the aim is to submit a design with a low-risk approach.
The team is expecting to submit a formal Development Application in November / December 2021. It is anticipated council shall approve the DA within a 4 month period.
CONSTRUCTION
Construction is yet to commence.
SALES & MARKETING
A market strategy is yet to be defined, an allocated budget within the feasibility has allowed for a marketing, creative agency, printing costs, and advertisement campaign.
