The River Glen Project is strategically located on the Clarence River, in the Northern New South Wales Yamba Region. The site is approved for 177 Lots comprising a mix of residential lots, duplex lots and townhouses.
PLANNING
Most design is completed in Stage 1 with CC for most of the stage. However, the project Engineers will be updating some limited project residential subdivision designs to bring the design standards up to meet current standards.
CONSTRUCTION
Construction has commenced. There have been several notices of delays and associated extension of time (EOT) claims issued by the Contractor for inclement weather events in Northern NSW. If inclement weather continues at the above rate, the Practical Completion date for Stage 1 will likely be pushed out further. This will be monitored closely as the project progresses.
MARKETING & SALES
Gross Sales in Stage 1 exceed $21M with the Townhouse Site still to sell. It was not intended to sell Stage 2 until a years’ time, although stage 2 is nearly all sold out. The market and demand for this project is so strong the team have proceeded to launch Stage 2B as well.
