The River Glen Project is located on the Clarence River, in the Northern New South Wales Yamba Region. The Region is right in the middle of one of the most in demand and sought-after real estate locations in Australia. The site is approved for 177 Lots comprising a mix of residential lots, duplex lots and townhouses.

PLANNING

Detailed design for stage 1 is now complete. Consultants are engaged to complete the detailed design for stage 2 and 3 and obtain CC as set out in the program.

CONSTRUCTION

Construction is estimated to commence in November 2022.

MARKETING & SALES

The marketing strategy was planned in three phases; soft pre-launch to local agents, targeted campaign to local and national builders and full national release of the estate. The team have implemented a very targeted and carefully managed marketing and sales soft premarket campaign.

52 lots sold to date with 10% deposits for stage 1. The results have been incredible making this project one of the fastest selling projects in the region.
