Planning

Secondary Consent for the canopy and heritage roof demolition was received during November 2022. Further Secondary Consent may be required for future purchaser changes.

Construction

Construction is forecasted to commence February 2023.

Marketing & Sales

Currently, the 7 executed contracts equate to $15,480,000 (including GST) in pre-sale revenue secured to date.

The marketing campaign has been put on hold and will recommence during construction. Moving forward, a presence on REA will be the main focus of the next stage of the development. The selling agent has indicated that construction commencement should generate new interest in the project and that the re-launch will be a beneficial strategy.
