The project has an approved Planning Permit for a six-storey apartment building compromising of 9 residential dwellings and 2 retail premises above basement parking.
PLANNING
Cobild has requested assistance with partial demolition of the heritage façade as it will require an amended permit. Detailed plans of the roof structure have been prepared and the application for Secondary Consent has been submitted to Council.
CONSTRUCTION
Construction is forecasted to commence November 2022.
MARKETING & SALES
Currently, the 7 executed contracts equate to $15,480,000 (including GST) in pre-sale revenue secured to date.
The marketing campaign has been put on hold and will recommence during construction. Moving forward, a presence on REA will be the main focus of the next stage of the development. The selling agent has indicated that construction commencement should generate new interest in the project and that the re-launch will be a beneficial strategy.
