The team are currently working with the objector and the Council to satisfy their requirements so that the planning permit can be issued by Council.
CONSTRUCTION
The builder that has been engaged for this process is Kassem Group whom the developers have worked with on previous projects and who have an excellent track record for delivering quality workmanship. Construction is estimated to begin in March 2022.
MARKETING & SALES
The team have engaged Torsten Kasper from Chisholm & Gammon, a local prestige real estate agent, to drive an effective sales and marketing campaign, optimised for the target demographic and will be working closely with Torsten to ensure the team hit the desired end sale value.
