The Elster – Project Update June 2022

The Elster is a luxury development of two townhouses and a penthouse apartment located at 109 Ormond Esplanade, a premier piece of real estate located in Elwood’s ‘Golden Mile’.

PLANNING

● The amended planning permit has been endorsed by Council.
● The BA drawings are in progress and expect to be complete in July.
● The Civil Engineering draft has been discussed with Council and will be submitted shortly.
● The demolition contractor has been engaged.
● Good communication with the neighbours to secure the consent for demolition permit.

CONSTRUCTION

Civil construction is estimated to commence in July 2022.

MARKETING & SALES

The team have engaged Torsten Kasper from Chisholm & Gammon, a local prestige real estate agent, to drive an effective sales and marketing campaign, optimised for the target demographic and will be working closely with Torsten to ensure the team hit the desired end sale value.
