Symphony’s initial project and business focus has been in High Care Aged Care for people with advanced stages of dementia. Symphony has identified a humanitarian, financially sustainable, financially lucrative, very large market segment in specialised accommodation and high care services for people with advanced stages of dementia.
Planning
Architects and consultants are currently updating some project designs to bring the design standards up to meet current operational standards. Due to be completed end of November 2022.
Construction
Demolition of the site has now been completed. Construction is estimated to commence in January 2023.
Marketing & Sales
The marketing team has been appointed and advertising will commence in November 2022. The hard sales launch is set to begin July 2023. The rapidly growing demand for general aged care accommodation and care services is in even more demand by people needing accommodation and care solutions with dementia. There is a substantial market for aged care and it is unquestioned. Symphony knows there is an even more compelling and immediate and urgent market for providing specialised accommodation and care services for people with dementia.
