Global Capital Property Fund has agreed to invest in the 13 Franklin St development. The agreement is to invest up to $3, 700,000 into building NDIS approved apartments in Hervey Bay, Queensland.
Symphony Place Coomera
Global Capital Property Fund has agreed to invest in the Symphony Place Coomera development. The agreement is to invest up to $6,000,000 into building a High Care Aged Care facility.
