The project brief stands to allow for a residential land subdivision at 207 Troups Road, Mt. Atkinson. The address of the acquired 88,800m2 (8.88ha) lot of an existing single holding site is to provide a land subdivision development that fits within the surrounding and growing towns character and abutting other residential sites all in accordance with the requirements of the existing precinct structure plan.

PLANNING

The project remains in the design phase of the detailed design stage. The head engineer will require approximately another three months to complete the required design and deliver the detailed endorsed documentation.

CONSTRUCTION

Construction is estimated to commence in March 2023.

MARKETING & SALES

Project has yet to be officially launched to the market. The full launch shall occur once the website has been completed and is live.
