Stage 2B & Lot 301 – plans lodged to council for changes. The team will monitor process of lodgement and confirm approval for new owner of stage 2B – Stage 8.

Construction

Construction for Stage 1 & 2A has been completed.

Marketing & Sales

Stage 2B – Stage 8 have now been sold. This is an excellent and successful outcome for the project and for our GCPF investors.

For stage 1 & 2A, the marketing team are focusing on social media advertising and increasing the reach by a number of targeted campaigns from Facebook and Google. 85 leads were achieved in the month of May.

Relationships with local real estate is moving forward with more regular contact to ensure consistency and results are being reached.
