Construction for Stage 1 & 2A has been completed.

Marketing & Sales

Stage 2B – Stage 8 have now been sold. This is an excellent and successful outcome for the project and for our GCPF investors.

For stage 1 & 2A, the marketing team are focusing on social media advertising and increasing the reach and volume to accommodate a number of targeted campaigns utilising Facebook and Google.

Relationships with local real estate is moving forward with more regular contact to ensure consistency and results are being reached.
